She has made her mark in the shredding industry, being the first Certified minority/women owned business to provide shredding services in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area with major key players as Federal Reserve Bank, Davis & Polk, Skadden, Arps, Deloitte & Touché and Morgan Stanly in addition to accounting firms and major Banks just to mention a few.

Nitza Cruz, President of Diva Logistics LLC is an experienced operations manager who have managed and overseen the following departments: claims department, Reverse logistics department, compliance department, she considers customer service and her employees well- being to be her top priority.
